Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. I know its only October, but I am going to be out of pocket for several weeks after November 1st and want to get the ball rolling before hand. Are we still looking at the weekend after Valentines Day (February 17-19, 2017)? Are we still going to the same place we went the last few years (Pigeon Forge, Valley Forge Inn)? I can call and check on rates etc.. if we are leaning that way. Or other suggestions. |

It matters not to me but there was a mention last year by someone about moving the banquet somewhere. Can't remember who or where! Bahamas I think. Rick |

Cheapest weekends are the first or last weekend of February. $42.99 per night. The big room is $142.99. I will be out of commission for the next week or so. So y'all start talking and figure out what we are going to do. |

Hello, I would Be More excited to come if the Banquet were a bit closer, or if it would rotate locations every 2- 3 years. Driving to Pigeon forge in February from my location can be dangerous through the WV and VA Mountains as most of the time the weather is not good. If it's clear then it's a beautiful drive. but at that time of the year it's not. I might be more inclined to come if it was in WV, or Ohio or VA, or some other more central point... or if it were maybe in march when them weather might begin to clear up a bit. I am sure discussion will ensue. Greg |

Hello this is Regenia, Mark Charapich's wife. I was just wondering if anything has been decided which weekend for the banquet? I have to turn in requested days off and we are hoping to attend again this year. Merry Christmas wishes to everyone. |

Throwing in my two cents. Location: Seiver County has been hit hard by the fire over Thanksgiving. By staying there, eatting, shopping, etc... we can help with the recovery. So much of their economy is based on tourism. Date: Last weekend of the month should be less crowded and hopefully a little milder. Come on folks we need to be making a decision. |

The room is reserved for $108/night for Friday, February 24 and Saturday, February 25. Reservation is under Slant Six. Whoever arrives 1st on Friday can go ahead and check in the banquet room, but will have to pay the remaining $108, as I only paid for the first night to confirm the reservation. Group code for discount is S6-17. Standard rooms are $42.99. Please specify smoking/non-smoking and desired location at time of booking. They are giving us slightly more than 10% off and have 10 rooms blocked for us (not including my room and the banquet room). Rooms are being held through February 3, please make sure and book prior to then. Call 865-453-7770 to make your reservation. |
