All of a sudden my wipers don't work. I see this thing under the dash dancing around when I turn on the wipers. I believe it should be sitting solid, instead of free. Where does it hook up to?

 The rest of the car!!!!!!!! Or maybe more accurately the rest of itself!!!! Looks like the housing is off the mounting plate, any screws loose & visible or on the floor? |

I would also check that oil gauge line closely & be sure it wasn't damaged or pulled from the gauge some.................... |

Oil line is fine. Where is the mounting plate? And what does it look like? Thanks. |
