I am going to swap a set of rockers from a spare head to a junkyard engine I just got. Do I need to back off all the adjusters before I torqued down the shaft? Thanks |

Nope. You will be relashing the valves anyway. Just make sure you get the rocker arm shaft oiling holes oriented correctly. They should be angled down towards the head. |

I've got the second set of rockers cleaned. I have a question. The inside of the shaft has some sludge but not too bad. Should I leave it alone or try cleaning? |
