I have a 67 dodge monaco with a slant six in it. It is my understanding that this was a canada only option. That being said finding wiring diagrams and any technical documents for it are virtually impossible.
My specific question is whether or not a wiring harness from a "A" or "B" body that came with slant six would work for my car in the engine bay. I'm pretty certain it won't work for any of the interior wiring but am hopeful it will work for the engine bay.
If the community here can help me out I will make sure to donate to keep this great resource alive

The B-body might, but it wouldn't be plug and play... you would have to match the correct wiring circuit pin outs on the B-body firewall plug to
what your original C-body plug configuration was...

That being said, unless there was a major variation in the Canadian models, you could use a Polara/Monaco (Fury) wiring harness of the same year
from a V-8 car (will have to splice/extend the distributor, coil, temp sensor, and alternator leads for the slant six), if the pinout is unilateral
between C-bodies, then it may also open up the possibilities for the other C-bodies like the Newport/New Yorker/300/Imperial... since many
of these are "luxury" models you may have extra leads for equipment that won't exist on your car...

Food for thought.

Thanks for the reply. was hoping for an easy out on this one but I dont think thats gonna happen. will probably just use a b body diagram to get all the wiring sizes and colours right and make one from scratch
