I have a stock 77 D100 with a 225 and the stock alternator and I got my hands on an NOS giant 100 amp alternator. I know the 100 amp has three mounting points. Is there a special trick to mounting these to the Slant? I can't find any photos or references anywhere. Thanks! |

If you find a way to mount it, you will have to beef up your charging system. Original wiring was not designed to support 100 amps. |

Yep. Already planning the voltage meter conversion and all that fun stuff. Just need to figure out how it was mounted. I know some Slant vans and trucks had them. |

Completely different brackets are used to mount the 100 amp alternator. |
