After i install every thing i need to make a super six what do i do with my a/c unit where do i put it?

Can't you leave it where it is? Supersix's came from the factory with A/C.

The only issue I know of is with the air cleaner.
AC cars with a Super Six used air cleaners that had a dip in the front to clear the compressor.
