I want to take my 1964 Dodge Dart for drag racing. I know it won't be the fastest. Just wondering what to do to the engine to make it a little faster. |

Do you have a goal as far as E.T. Goes? Have you had the car to a track at all yet to get an initial baseline time? What is your budget? Start with the Head... Valves / Porting / Cam Timing Chain. Here are some documents to study as well... http://www.slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=23314 http://slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php ... fb4f79b1be https://app.box.com/s/fa2zuci9lmrrj2yclxoc http://slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=38446 Greg |

Hi Ron, There are already posts in the racing q&a from the original poster on the subject. I am sure you can put the non engine suggestions there. Cheers! Greg |
