Hi All, I posted this as a response in another thread but haven't gotten any replies, so thought I'd try again with a new post. Any help you might be able to provide is appreciated.

I'm in contact with Randy Pettey (thanks Dan!) about making me a replacement radiator for my 63 Valiant, and I need to provide him with the dimensions of the original which I no longer have. I did a search and found the followien discussing a 63 Dart:

the dimensions for the radiator are 17" across, 21.5" tall, the mounting flange holes are 21.5" CL to CL. The top tank is 4" wide while the radiator itself is 1.5" wide.
The upper hose connects on the right side (passenger side) and the lower is also on the right side (passenger side). The lower pipe comes out and up to the passenger side. The bottom pipe is about 1.5" from the right side of the radiator (passenger side).
The transmission lines are on the bottom and are 10" apart.

Just want to verify this is correct before I relay it to Randy and have him start the fabrication process. I need overall dimensions across with and without the brackets, height and width (at the tanks and at the core). Thanks all!

I have one that I can Check for you.

It's old and leaky and in the scrap pile. I have already desoldered the steel mounting ears but I can set them back on and take some measurements/ Pics.

It was out of a 64 Dart.

Thanks so much Greg. I appreciate the effort. I really want to avoid giving him inaccurate dims cause there's no going back once he fabs it up. The location of my original radiator is another subject altogether. Somehow I ended up with an old GM unit. It's probably sitting under a pile of other unidentified parts at my buddy's shop.
