Was a 318, 727 truck I believe. Supposed to be rust free. Is this a crazy idea? I have a few extra 225's kicking around... What would you give for a "nice" engine less truck to convert to slant 6 power? |

depending upon how motivated the seller is, I would start with $500 or a bit above local scrap vehicle prices.If the seller takes that offer and the truck is in good shape that would be a good deal for you and the seller is free of the non - powered vehicle. Those D150 trucks are well made and mine still gets compliments where ever I drive it. So if the seller holds out for more, than it is a question of how much you want it. |

Thanks DadTruck, I have not heard back from the seller, tho It is hard to imagine a line of people waiting to see the vehicle.. I almost wonder if someone had put a big block in it at some point in the past, and the guy wanted that.. 318's are pretty easy to come by. |
