On their website the tech Q & A seems to recomend doing away with the thermostat. Slant Six Dan uses a thermostat in his application.

I'm thinking about using this coolant in my 1963 Dart GT convertible with 225, a/c. and a new large-tube "extreme desert cooler" copper radiator. Engine is stock but a new build. I live in Phoenix, Arizona.

Any comments would be much appreciated.

Do not, do not, do not delete or underspecify the thermostat! Deleting the thermostat is all drawback, no benefit—no matter what kind of coolant you're running. Use a 180° stat, preferably a Stant № 45358.

With A/C, you'll want an appropriate fan and a fan shroud to pull adequate air across your condenser at low/zero vehicle speed.
