I have had my Slant 225 rebuilt for my 65 Dart. Bored 30 over. I had Oregon Cam grind a cam for me that is a step up from stock. I am not looking for a race car, just a street cruiser. I have a 2 barrel manifold and a Stomberg that I was planning on using/installing. As I sit here waiting for my engine from the machine shop I am wondering if I should go with a 4 barrel instead? I know that I will need a 4 barrel manifold. I was planning on using the stock exhaust manifold. Would a 4 barrel be too much? Would a 4 barrel run better then the 2 barrel? If I was to go to a 4 barrel what size/brand would be recommended.
Thank you in advance for your input and direction. Love this forum!

Personally, I would just use the two barrel to start, since you already have that. You can always upgrade later. Two barrel installations are one of the best upgrades for a street driven slant.
jus sayin

Definitely start with the 2bbl. You will not gain much with the 4bbl and it will be harder to tune and likely have worse throttle response.
