Would anyone be able to run at Maryland International Raceway in Mechanicsville MD on Oct 19 2024? That is when they are having their Mopar show and I am going to take my slant roadster there. They will let.me run without a roll are since I'm so slow haha. If there is a handful that can make it I can reach out to see if they would allow a slant six class. Gene |

I surely would be interested! That track is 45' elevation! Perfect for record-setting, and personal bests in the fall air. I would consider it for sure, as I have always wanted to race there, but never have made the trip. Maybe We could entice Will to bring the 9-second car as it is his home track. We can chat about it at the first east cost race in Hagerstown in May. Wink wink! Greg |

Will made / is making his 9 second Slant 6 car into something more radical and has Stan’s street car that is getting the turbo motor from my understanding… Chime in and give us an update Will!! |

Yes Hope to have the car running soon. Let's see what we can run as a heavy weight. It looks like I should have more time to get the car going because we are going to miss some NPK races. I will not make Mason Dixon in May but hope to attend some slant 6 races this year. The chassis car has had major upgrades and I don't know what the final outcome is going to be, or when. Will

I forgot I started this thread haha. I will send a message to the folks at MDIR and see if they would be willing to add a slant six class. Even if they don't add a separate class it would still be a great event to run your cars at since it is an all Mopar meet. |

Still haven't heard anything back. If I get my rinse some in time I will still go. Even if I don't get the roll bar some I may park it in the show if any of y'all come racing. |
