There are some authenticity errors there...

Did the B bodies come with a 170? I do not know for sure. I bet Dan will give the definitive Dan'swer to that.
The Engine pictured is a '59 or '60 model with maybe a prototype Valve cover - Those did not arrive in '64 Production units. I also doubt any unit 170 equipped anything had dual exhausts.

Cool stuff however, all of my poorly built models are collecting dust in the shop. When I moved onto full size metal cars that ran and drove. At ~ age 12-14 I became less interested in models, and never went back to them.

I have a Lindberg kit #72176, of a '64 Dodge 330, in 1/25th scale, that has both a 383 and a 225 in it. Don't really know how old it is, or if it's even available anymore.

Another of those pieces I picked up along the way for my retirement....Roger

I'm pretty sure the 170 engine was for "A" bodies only. The 170 was not even available in the Barracuds, the 225 was the base engine.

That is sort of what I was thinking.. I will hopefully be building a flyweight 170 machine in the future!
