They are not. I thought they were, but they are slightly different. The part surrounding the outer headlight is slightly larger than the part around the inner hdlt on each bezel.
This morning, I reopened a package from another person who sold me a pair, and it turns out they are both LH ones, which i did not detect earlier. Mine are the all aluminum ones, but I am going to paint the whole thing satin black to match the bumpers anyway so I don't care which.
If you have a spare RH that would be great, but no worries. I hit Ebay and they have TONS of them. I bought a cheaper one right after I posted this ad, which should be fine. I could maybe use another LH to match the spare RH one I have...
