I CAD'd up a tool to remove and install the ignition switch bezel on my '66 Dart - I have been working on the dash way too much lately. It should fit most early to mid 1960s Chrysler projects. I printed it from PLA and the result was a bit flimsy; if you want to try printing one, use a strong plastic and make sure you have good layer adhesion. I'll see if ordering some made from commercially printed nylon do better. I've posted an STL anyone can download and print for non-commercial purposes here: https://cramerpower.com/products/dash-b ... -file-only |

What does the bezel look like that this tool is designed to remove? Maybe it is different on your '66 than on my '64 and '69's? I made one by grinding on a spare ~5/8" deepwell socket. Works for the Headlight and wiper switches on my Darts. I taped it up a bunch with painter's tape to avoid scratching nearby areas. Greg |

Here's the bezel it fits. I've found it doesn't work so well on the headlight and wiper switches. I'll see about redesigning it to fit them too. I had a couple professionally printed out of nylon to test if they'd work with stronger material and a better printing process; they did. https://cramerpower.com/products/igniti ... nted-nylon

Hi Matt, Yep, that one is different than what I had in mind! The Headlight and wiper on my '64 and '69 are more of a rosette nut - Ign. is different on both of those as well. Greg |
