Like the title says. I am looking for a plug/pigtail for the 833 back up light switch. I have 2 additional wiring harnesses I checked and they were both for automatics. I know I can get the entire harness for the newer cars from Brewers but I am not willing to spend $40 plus shipping for one just for the plug. I really can just use 2 individual connectors, which is what I will likely do for now. But if someone has a good used one laying around let me know. Maybe we will meet up somewhere later in the year! |

You can also make this with some wire and (2) 1/4" Spade connectors. Use 2 female spades on the 833 side of your harness. I don't have any spares, but there is a stick car over at Dad's shop that I can get one off of if I remember the next time I am there. Greg |

Thanks Greg. I may go with Charlie's idea.

Anyone have a part # or vehicle to look at for an easy to swap in switch? I am guessing a door light switch would be in the same general idea of how it works? Normally open switch. Open door / depress clutch and it grounds the wire for the starter relay? |
