Bare minimum purchase for your 66 slant car would be:

intake, carb, choke pulloff assembly, kickdown linkage form the two barrel slant (if you have an automatic), new aircleaner (aftermarket or factory Super Six or 318 two barrel), and most importantly a cable style throttle linkage. You almost definitely have a rod style throttle and this will not work with a super six without some extensive modifications. You may also have to buy a new exhaust manifold or modify your old one to make the two barrel choke pulloff work.

Done correctly a Super Six conversion is much more than a manifold swap only. However, if you have a manual transmission car, you can get away with swapping the intake, using an adapter to mount a carb that has an electronic choke, using a cheapo after market open element air filter, and only have to worry about the throttle linkage.
