Posi-Traction is the GM brand name for a limited slip differantial. Chrysler called the same thing Sure-Grip. A limited slip differantial allows both wheels to turn at the same time when there is limited traction for one wheel. A non-limited slip differantial would let the limited traction wheel spin while the other wheel does nothing. |
