My machinist is at the point where we need the spings and I need to pick a cam as well. What's the latest thinking on cams and springs. I've been thinking about the 268/050. I want street performance/ daily driver/ never a racer. Comp has 264/.050. A local guy can get me a custom cam for $140 which is pretty cheap but I'm a little uncertain of that. He says they are made in Ca. I have read some negatives about Clifford. I'm not sure about MP and the local Chrysler dealer parts counter can't find a p/n to see if it's still available. Suggestions please. Also do you guys buy on-line or go to a local shop?

ah well 268 dur at .50 would be huge are you sure you don't mean 264 advertised and 220 at.50 that would be a better street cam and it is all so a cam that comp makes clifford sucks only buy headers from them.

I decided on the Isky 264 cam package. Comes with pushrods, lifters, springs etc. For 280 bucks seems like a deal.
