70 swinger 225 AT,70,xxx miles after driving,notice six inch puddle of tannyfluid below where engine and trans connects.sometimes don't drive it too often.Front shaft seal ???? |

Very possibly could be the input seal. Also check the filler tube where it is inserted in the case. (O-ring) also there are seals on the shift and kick-down lever. If you remove the access panel at the bottom of the bell housing and find tranny fluid inside, then you are probably looking at a input seal replacement . |

Guest nailed it. I call it a converter seal. Do what he suggests. |
