Have Installed a New Clutch Kit Into my 1980 Ram 100 Pickup and everthing is New Disk, Pressure Plate Throw out Bearing, Etc.
Here is the question,
When I put it into 1st Gear or Reverse The Clutch is Jerking.
What would cause that??

Did you resurface and clean the flywheel. If there's any oil on it; or, if the surface isn't smooth, flat, and of an appropriate finish.... You'll get what you just described as the clutch sticks & slips on the flywheel surface.

Another possibility is the transmission is out of alignment / slightly off-center.

Was the pilot bearing good?

should have resurfaced that flywheel ! is your disc release ( clutch fully depressed ) set with a feeler gauge ? maybe you now have enough clutch to show that the motor / tranny mounts are worn.
