I'm not quite sure exactly what the definition of Lean Burn actually is, or what components are involved, but there is one heck of a lot of Lean Burn posting on this group, as you will discover when you do a search.

I have been advised by many folks to get rid of the Lean Burn Crap on my /6, so I would presume my '82 D150 Miser has it , or had it <grinz>.

all of the '80-'86 trucks with a /6 had either lean-burn or electronic fuel control. All of the post '80 slants in cars had lean-burn or EFC.
