Issue of towing with (-inch brakes was brought up and I forgot to address it. It's a very strong point, indeed. A 1969 windsor camper is teardrop shape has a veneer interior, aluminum shell and weighs in at a whopping 890 pounds. Trust me, this is not something that sold well in the plains states. I found it in the woods 6,000 inches thick covered with ick. But the shape drew me in. I opened the door and it was nearly perfect with the exception of a distinct moth ball smell. That box was long since empty from evaperation. I'm not to concerned about towing this thing. I think anything heavier would be pretty scary. |
