Hey guys, the short block is all together for my 74 swinger, now its time to hog a head out, the only head i have laying here near me is a hydraulic off an 8? truck, I am of course using a solid cam and stuff, can i switch over the rockers and stuff, to make this head compatable for me?

Yes, you can swap this over to adjustable (mechanical) rocker arms, you will also need the mechanical pushrods.
