It depends on the year. They can be either B or C bodies, but the later versions of each were B-bodies. The early Belvederes were actually full size and didn't fall under the C-designation, though they are often grouped there. |

In '67, the Belvidere was a B body, the Monaco a C body. |

Sorry, I haven't been able to get back to you on the windsheild, been busy and my buddy the crate maker isn't interested in helping out...but, I CAN help you better identify the car you need to get the windsheild out of: 1967 Dart GT's are all 1967 2 door Hardtops...so you'll be looking for the following cars to grab the windsheild out of: 1967-1969 Barracuda 1967-1968 Dart 2 door Hard Top and convertibles 1969-1970 Dart 2 door 1971-1976 Dart 2 door Hard Top (no Dart Sports) 1971-1976 Valiant 2 door Hard Top (no Dusters)... In the vehicle VIN, 2 door hard tops will be '23' and convertibles '27' (Darts are like LL23...valiants VL23.....) That should help out your odds a bit. GO YARDING! -D.Idiot |

Up to a certain point(model year) mopar made 3 possible A-body windsheilds: Duster/Demon/Dart Sport (heavy 'rake' to the windshield angle), 2 dr Hardtop & convertible...then you have the Dart 4 door (sedan)/1967-1968 Dart 2 door sedan/1967-1969 Valiant/1971-1976 4 door Valiant window... -D.Idiot |

not a problem di, i dont have much money now anyway, ive got three mopar a bodys now, the 67 gt which is my baby, and a 73 dart and a 74 valiant, however, just my luck that both are 4 dr, both are for parting out/maybe use a few parts for mine(trunk mat on the new arrival looks good so far as i can see without opening the trunk) which brings me to another question, how do you open the trunk from the inside on a 73 dart? the key the previous owner gave us doesnt open it.... thanks.... another funnyt thing is that the 67, the oldest, has had quite a few owners but is from az and is in pretty good original shape, the other two im the second owner and their both pretty sad shape....so "One owner" doesnt always mean alot when buying a car i guess....however, i wasnt expecting much.... |

To open the trunk without a key (assuming that you don't want to destroy the trunk lid), 1)remove the back seat 2)crawl into the trunk with a flash light and a pair of pliers. 3) locate the lock mechanism 4) locate a small 'tab' that protrudes from the mechanism 5) turn the tab with the pliers- trunk will open. |

thanks! the hard part will be moving all the junk out of the way, the previous owner had it stuffed so full of junk the springs were arching, so far out of the front and back seats ive taken out two wheels, three camping chairs, 5 disc cd player, pvc pipes, gutters, some speakers, a 27 in. tv and some other junk, the biggest thing in the trunk is the proverbial kitchen sink...."yeah, weve got that" |
