I am interested in buying a 63 Valiant and am looking for some help:

Did the 63 Valiant have a 225 option?

If so, how do you identify the 225 over the 170?

thanks for any help. I searched around, but didnt find this info. Any help or direction to links will be appreciated.

Sorry for the double post. I thought I was posting in the negined section when it actually was in the "other" section.

63 Valiant came standard with the 170, the 225 was an option.
Look for the short by-pass hose or go find the stamped ID numbers behind the alturnator.
