I was wondering if one of you guys out there with a parts interchange book could tell me what drivers and passenger's side remote mirrors would interchange with a 72 Satellite four door? Part numbers would be cool, but make and model is also great. Thanks! Reed |

Can anyone tell me if F-ody Mirrors would bolt up to the holes in a 72 b-body sedan? I already have a tentative "no", but can I get a verification? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... %3AIT&rd=1 Also, what is part # 3586976? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... %3AIT&rd=1 Would this fit on a Satellite four door? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... %3AIT&rd=1 Sorry, I am trying to do this without having the door or mirror to look at. I really appreciate all the help! Reed |

part # 3586976 is one of the one's you want. The other one must be a 1975-ish mirror, but I can't find a number reference for it. And the F-body one you'd have to plug te top holes in the door, then drill the holes in the crease of the door, I doubt the angle of the door skin on a satellite is close to an F-body... -D.Idiot |

I'm tempted to beleieve that your orig. mirror was a Roundy style. But the coupes and roadrunners had the "racing "style...I , myself wouldn't really care... |

Yes, the original was a "round" mirror. But I like the better visibility fron the wider "oval" mirror. Reed |
