How could I tell if my motor which i got from a mass rebuilder is a super six or not? Iordered a 225 but how do I know if I got a 198 or 225? |

I believe the supersix is just a carb setup(two barrel rather than one). |

In Australia the 2 barrel engines also had a different camshaft, the Pacer 2barrel had 9.2 compression ratio aswell. |

The Super-Six is simply a different carb and intake manifold, the basic engine is the same. The best way to identify the engine is to look for the ID number stamped into the top of the engine block, behind the alturnator.
