lets see, i have a 65 dart and have recently obtained most of the super six setup just short of the kickdown linkage my questions are I need a plug for where the EGR is suposed to be do I have to fabricate one myself or can I pick one up somewhere and for the kickdown linkage do I have to get lucky at a junkyard or ebay or are they still available anywhere also my throttle linkage is the the rod style is there a right or wrong way to swicth that over or will it take some McGuiver skills cheers |

Remove the gas pedal and rod assy. Then use the pedal and cable from the super six donor car. Do you have the correct 2 bbl cable/linkage bracket on the exhaout manifold? If you have the bracket, I have a kick down rod and trans lever. For the EGR, just don't connect the vacumm line. Or you can make a block off plate yourself. I see some blockoff plates on e-bay from time to time. |
