Well, got my little 74 Scamp /6 running and actually drove her into the garage yesterday. Sounded better and better the longer she ran - first time she's moved on her own power in over 10-years! Little victories. The battery tray was rusted badly and I got a new one. Now I find out that I need a new, or good used, brace as well (the horn attaches to the brace as well). There are no junk yards here that have anything like this - no old Mopars. My parts books (Year One and Paddock) are old and only list them for the E-Bodies (would these work?). Anyone know where I can get a brace? Also, the area where the battery tray bolts to the inner fender is rusted - basically around where the bolt goes through. There is what appears to be a factory "square" hole right next to this bolt. I'm assuming this for draining water, etc.? Anyone had problems with this area being rusted and how did you deal with it? Any help is greatly appreciated as always. Thanks to you guys - she's running. Thanks.
