Lou,could you please e-mail a pic and procedure for your taillight on the 64? My wife just bought bought a 63 170 4dr and the taillights are a little scruffy and told her about your taillights and she was very interesred.I can fab whatever is needed.
Also,you wouldnt happen to have a set of spare backup lense would you? The lenses on my wifes Dart are nonexistent.My e-mail is mopar@smyth.net.

he's on the road, stopped by here(nw il) last week to swap some parts, i dont recall him saying when he was going to get back, nice guy with a nice car(68 dart)

How did you do at Bristol??I started to chase you down when I saw you but the kids were tired as they had been with me all day in Rogersville,Tn.,helping me get said Dart ready for the trip home.

I wanted to stop and talk too, but had to make it to central IN that night. I'm looking forward to seeing your Val as soon as you get it out. No chance of making N. Wilkesboro this year???

Didn't get to stay for Sunday as I had family obligations in WI. The Dart ran 17.80s, which was about what I expected for the mild cam/head I swapped on recently.

My daily driver '68 Dart with recent mild cam/head swap went 17.80s.

My '64 Dart (still wrinkled and waiting to be fixed) has run lots in the low-mid 14s. My '66 "Project V" ran 10.77-11.0 in the 1/8th at Farmington with a near stock motor (light car, not street driven, motor mods soon).

OK 63/64 Dart fans, here are my 64 Dart custom taillight pics.







The lights are just Peterson universal 4" round truck/trailer lights (bulkhead 3 screw mount). I plan to replace them with LED units. The rings are 1/4" aluminum, 6" OD, 4.1" ID with 3 holes countersunk for stainless 10-32 oval head screws.

Mine need a little polish and they shine like all get out...
