| Post subject: | Fuse Block |
I've been having a couple "electrical gremlins" in the last couple days, so yesterday I decided to look around. It appears that my fuse block has been held together with bubblegum and a prayer since sometime in the mid-70s. I honestly can't believe it's still in a recognisable shape. My question is: does anyone know where I can get a 8-10 fuse fuseblock? I've searched around online, but can't find anything for less than $40-50, which strikes me as WAY too much. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, josh |

Are you looking to upgrade yours to blade fuses, or do you just want a stock one you can throw in? I've probably got a good stocker, and junkyards are full of modern blocks in many configurations that you could adapt. |

Stock would be fine for now, honestly. I just want to keep the fuses from rattling around. The thought of getting one out of a junk car had occured to me earlier, but I had apparently forgotten about it in the short time it took me to start browsing the forum again. Go figure. But if you've got one lying around, I'm interested. thanks, josh |

I found the extra one finally. The block is in good shape, but the terminals are crusty where the fuses are. It could be cleaned up and used with a little patience; do you still want it? Do you need any of the wires, or just the box itself? |

Just the block would be fine. Send me a PM and let me know what you want for it. Thanks, josh |
