can you run 14 inch wheels with a mopar performance 6 into 1 header? is there enough ground clearance?

i would say if you go out and measure for me the car from the bottom edge of the pinchwelds, to the ground (front and rear of car) i could tell you. reason why i say this is that i have my 74 lowered with 15" wheels but a really short tire (225/50r15) and i have scraped it a few times---especially on the sucky PA roads going to carlisle. so if you car sits higher than mine, it'd be fine.
