J C Whitney also carries them (the 4 bbl manifold).

I just ordered one myself ( they are cheaper than Offy Parts.com)

I placed an order from offyparts for the dual carb set-up and have yet to hear anything from them (several emails to the site and to the contact person). My credit card hasn't been charged so I don't know what the problem is.

You can also get both offy's from summit.
