: I have used only type F in mine since I rebuilt

: a co-efficient of friction as the type F and
: you will get a smoother shift out of it, but
: using type F you will get a little bit more
: of a snap out of the shifts. the best part
: is if you don't like the way either one
: performs just change the fluid.
