yes, i have done it. use the 71-74 handle and it will bolt right up. worked great on my bench seat '70 swinger. i used an nos shift boot for the stock shifter. it stretched around the rectangular handle just fine. i'm convinced the mopar pistol grip is the greatest shifter handle ever made. just makes you wanna rip the transmission thru the floorboards! :twisted:

awesome!! thanks. the pistol grip is the only thing cooler then the hurst 4 speed ball.

forgot to ask did you use the long arm or the short arm. this is going in a bucket seat car so I assume the short arm is the one I want

I drew one up in AutoCAD that was specific to an A-Body. It was longer than the E-body and shorter than the B-Body. Had it cut here at work on the plamsa cutter and gave one to a buddy for my old Duster.

He had to mill the sides a bit so the grip would fit right, and he still hasn't attatched the top, but it sure looks cool. I think he might bend it a bit so it doesn't sit quite so close to his knee, but seems to work good.

Truely my favorite part of the "manual" experience.
