A few weeks ago i replaced my rear main seal and oil pan gaskets because there was oil leaking from the inspection plate, but it still leaked. So yesterday i pulled the trans, clutch, flywheel, the whole deal to replace the freeze plug. The freeze plug was good as new, so i sealed up the pipe plug and oil pan with RTV. But it still leaks just as much as before. Am i missing something or am i just a bad mechanic? It leaks through the inspection plate so its definately something on the back of the motor. I need help!

Have you seen where the oil is coming out while the engine is running?
Pull the inspection cover, start the engine and get a bright light to see if you can spot the exact place the oil is coming out of.
Stay away from the moving flywheel.

Is it motor oil or could it be transmissoin oil?

You sure it's not the valve cover gasket? Don't ask me how I know.
