Schumacher has one, see their website:

The trick with doing a Torque Strap on a SL6 is to find a good place to mount it. Best location is up high and forward. One place I have used is the backside of one of the water pump mounting holes. (put a long bolt or stud through it)

Better yet, there is an undrilled / tapped boss up on the front of the head which makes a good location, it does need to be drilled and tapped.

I find that a good strap can be made from low cost Hardware store parts, get a piece of cable, some cable loops and ties, a "turn-buckel" and eye bolts will do the trick.
