Hey Folks Does anyone have one of these reverse Idler shaft remover tools for the 833?

THey Show them in the FSM - I wonder if THere is some special parts store out there with them?

I want to replace the o ring seal on the reverse shaft, but I need to remove the idler shaft first.

I guess I could make one, but I wanted to check into this first.

Suggestions?

Slant six dan? Doc??

Thanks,

Greg

i made mine out of a peice of scrap pipe and some all thread, a couple nuts, and about 10 seconds of welding...

that would be the easiest and most economical version....

Been there used that a few times...

Trying to find the tools used in the manual is one of those "swap meet"/Ebay/know an old tech things, they're all superceded by some other invention anyway...
