I got my engine stock with a Holley 1920 carb, but I want to install a vacuum gauge to see if everything is ok in my engine, but the question is, Where I should plug the vacuum gauge? and wich are the normal vacuum readings?

When I adjust and tune my carb, I use the vacuum port for the air cleaner door. If you don't have the stock air cleaner, use the port for the vacuum choke pull off....just make sure your engine is fully warmed up. Both of these ports are on the driver side. I believe any reading between 16-20" is a good reading at idle. Make sure the needle is steady....fluctuating could mean a number of different problems. For reference, my stock engine reads 18" at idle. Never drove with a vacuum guage in the car, so can't help you there. If you do, put a "T" fitting in the choke pull off hose and route the hose into the passenger compartment.

Many AC cars have a small vacuum tap right near the power brake vacuum line that is a good place to T- off a vacuum signal.

So I can use the port for the air cleaner door (left side of choke pull of) right?

Sure. In cold or cooler weather, I use the vacuum choke pull off though. The door on the air cleaner regulates how much heat the engine gets, and (I feel) helps adjust the carb more accuratly.
