I need to find a fairly detailed engine bay pic so I can make sure I am hooking everything up correctly, i.e, throttle linkage, kickdown, starter, brace tranny(?), etc.,

I pulled the slant in my valiant over a year ago for a v8 swap that never happened. I decided to stay with my slant, but since I am new to A bodies and slants, I need some help hooking everything back up

I think I have just what you need. I took several pictures of my engine bay before I disassembled it and removed the engine, so I could hook it all back up again. It was/is a '68 Dart 270 with a 225 1bbl.

I think my kickdown bar is bent or something. It does not line up easily. Does anyone have a fairly detailed pic of the linkage near the tranny?

Thanks I will see what I can do as far as a pic of the tranny hook-up my tranny is a 73, but I think the hook-up is the same. You might also want to look at the articals page the super six artical has some pics of tranny hook ups I hope this helps Jim
