"Agreed Value" insurance is just that, an agreement between you and your company on the value of your car. It has nothing to do with book value, which is pretty much "0" on most of our cars. Call them and ask, what have you got to lose? The more receipts you have to prove your investment, the better off you'll be. :shock:

a regular, "fairly" rust free duster with any small block in it goes for about 3k+ in minnesota now. I have seen a couple for 8500 and up, they were pretty well customed out.

its possible to hit 10k I think.

remember, I am in the rustiest part of the rust belt too.........

My 65 Barracuda 340 is insured with a collector car insurance that i have with all my insurance ie auto homeowner ect. It is insured for 10,000 dollars I had to fill out the proper form get it appraisd by a certified apraiser and let them take pictures of the car. It is a 100 percent replacement insurance for the car ie if it gets totaled by me or some one who hits it. I get 10,000 dollars There some conditions to this policy, no more than 2500 miles a year must be kept in a locked garage no drivers under 21 years of age . This is for thief collison medical injury ect about 200 dollars a year. Thanks PS I got the babyboomer discount. :D Ron Parker
