 Post subject: 3 Angle Valve Job

This might be a stupid question but I cant seem to find it in the search section does anyone know the 3 angles you grind a /6 valve at for a 3 angle valve job (my dad used to own a speed shop so I have a valve grinder and all that good stuff for building heads)

60 - 45 - 30 is always a safe bet when in doubt.

I rebuild heads for a living. Unless your valves are cut at 30 degrees instead of 45 you always grind 30-45-60. Its also safe to grind 35-45-60. In the event that your valves were cut at 30 degrees (slants arent) you would grind 15-30-45.
