Thread happening over in ENGINE category wrt wire choices. I was advised by SDS when I put my system in that they had never had any interference problems that could be traced back to Magnecor wires. That's why they recommend them to all their clients. They have had interference from other brands. I bought the generic package from a local speed shop and fab'd up my set. I've had no problems from them as far as I know. FYI

Happy new year.

Al - which magnecor wires did you get? Last I remember looking at their catalogue they had 2 or 3 wire types.

On my MS system at steady throttle the MS reports rpm feed fluctuates 50rpm or so. I think may be related to ignition interference. I'm using MSD 8.5mm wires now (don't recall the type, just know they were ~1kohm / foot) and wonder if they have something to do with that.
