yet another question.... the machinist told me that he thinks there might be too much of a gap between the thrust surface of the thrust bearing and the thrust surface of the crank. what is the max tolerance for this? i really dont know how he knows, because the bearings are still vacuum packed, but i plan on checking it tonight or tommorrow night.

thanks

russ

How about clifford head, intake, headers, cam, fuel injection, supercharger from the supercharger store on a nice rebuilt balanced blueprinted engine bored to what ever and then all the fiberglass pieces you can find, fenders, hood, trunk, bumpers, doors (not recomended for street use), and a kick ass trans either 5speed or 4speed auto and a nice rear end setup?

Never did get your question answered did you. :(

Stay away from Clifford. Too many problems, take your money and send your parts 6 months later, if ever.

Buy a Offy 4bbl intake, rebuild the motor and add the supercharger. More than enough and less headache. If that isn't enough, port the head and turn the boost up.
