Yeah, the sticker is there and ill see if i can get a shot of it. I have taken the broken a/c system out of the car and it all looks better now under the hood.
Good pictures. Now we see that your truck is indeed an export model, as it was originally manufactured to run on gasoline with lead. We also see it is a heavy-duty unit, originally supplied with a 727 transmission.

#New exhaust (Ill probably go with the Dutra Duals)
Smart thinking

#New filter, Is K&N filter a good choice? for low rpm performance?
K&N is a poor choice if you want to keep your engine alive, and will not help performance at all compared to a good quality ordinary stock replacement "paper" filter.

#And then ill check how the carburettor thats in the car now works and finetune it or ill buy another one 1bbl or a 2bbl, how does age handle carbs? this one is pretty old......
Age usually is not good for carburetors that have been in service. With age in service comes wear. Recommend you buy the brand new 2bbl being offered for sale by JDS here, then find and buy the rest of the 2bbl equipment (intake manifold, air cleaner, throttle and transmission kickdown linkage) and install it with the Dutra Duals.

Also recommend HEI upgrade, a NAPA Echlin long-tip rotor # MO-3000 with Standard-Bluestreak CH-410X cap. These are American-market parts that I'm sure somebody here can arrange to supply you.

There is somkind of a plate under the carb, see picture below, what purpose does it serve, cant i take it out?
That is a heat insulator plate designed to try to stop the fuel from boiling in the carburetor. It'll go away when you swap to a 2bbl. Meanwhile, see Fuel line mod

I did not see a reference to the axle ratio of the truck. A slant six with NP 205 will slog through any averse conditions when the gearing is right. The biggest short coming of the 205 is its 1:96 ratio, but the TC would be indestructable. If you're not going to be cruising at higher speeds then you might swap in different gears. I would not do much to the motor.

Thanks for the answers guys! and ill look into it all!

But sience im here, here´s what i did today:

I did the compression test, 5 cylenders have a good pressure (about 140psi after 3-4 cranks) BUT one cylender showed only 30 psi. I tested to put some motoroil in the cyl (says in the chilton manual if one cylender has low pressure) but good for me nothing got better (because if it would have been then the pistonrings would be the problem)

I took the valvecover off the engine and checked to valve springs and they are all good. What i think now is that the "valaveheads" on the bad cylender do not close it anough because they are worn or burned or somthing.

Any more ideas?

Yep...I think you do have a burned valve. So, now it's time to evaluate the condition of the rest of the engine, and your finances, and decide whether to rebuild the engine completely or just fix the head and get it running.

hello. This is the FIRST Slant -6 long box truck I have seen other than mine. If I were you i'd keep the slant 6 for gas milage b/c i get 20MPG at 55MPH and my neighbor has a 360 V-8 and it get 10MPG at 55MPH my truck unlike your has a NP205 4-speed transmission and in 1st gear i can barely get the speedometer needle to lift off the peg. My truck is an 85 and a 150 but the 131" wheelbase is rare to obtain with a 6cyl. my truck is a U.S. Coast guard truck that was built for transport in Alaska but has ended up in my home state of new york if you can post some pics of the truck in whole that would be awesome

Mine? Mine's here. Pictures are no longer current; I installed these taillamps on it. The quality and performance are much higher than I expected from them, definitely better than the American-made aftermarket standard-type units I had on the truck until I broke one against a parking meter about 10 days ago.
