My guess is 5/16" fuel tank sender unit for my 1964 Valiant, but why does the parts store counter clerk ask ?

Also, who has the best prices for the sender unit, filler neck grommet and tank gasket ? The parts store wanted $140 for the sender unit, I'll buy online !

5/16 is stock, 3/8 can be used for a hop-up if you're racing. I've seen an ebay seller selling these for a great price, I've been meening to get one my self. I'm not sure if he has the 5/16, or the sender for earlier than 66. Also didn't realize he's a Chevy guy !!! LOL !!! Anyway, here is the link to his ebay store, ask and he might have it or be able to get it.....

5/16" is the correct size. It'll feed anything properly up to a reasonably stock 440!
