Since fuel injectors are going to be used for fuel supply does it matter whether a 1barrel or 2barrel or 4barrel intake is used?

Maybe. The factory 1 and 2 bbls have similar runner length and cross section. You'd have to machine the tb inlet to match your choice. If you go with a 4 bbl, the runners will most likely be larger in diameter. Of course, availability would have a lot to do with choice as well.

Well, the 1 bbl would need a bit of machining to fit a decent sized throttle body on it. I take it this is port injection, not a TBI?

I used a new Clifford manifold, it has injector bosses cast on the manifold and mounts for a fuel rail. It was fairly easy to make adapter for a throttle body.

You don't have to use headers, but you can't use the stock exhaust manifold. The clifford intake has a water passage on the bottom of the plenum that will hit the stock exhaust.

Dutra duals are what I used with the Clifford intake, but some clearance work was needed to get the rear flange to fit with a mini-starter. It was not hard, but took time, and a mini starter was required which is an added expense. This entire project was quite expensive by the time it was all done. I can't remember exactly, but I think I paid about $300 for the Dutra duals, and around $200 for the intake from Clifford, and $120 for the starter. And then there was custom exhaust work. I paid $200 for prebent 340 exhaust pipes and then about $200 for custom head pipes to be bent. There you go; over $1000 for intake and exhaust before I spent a dime on the EFI or turbo stuff.

You are running Dutra's feeding the turbo?

Hi,I used a two barrel manifold with a single 65mm throttle body.I made a alloy 3/8 plate with counter sunk cap screws into the manifold. If its mounted with the spindle across (east/west) the linkage is easy to build.
