I have a '63 Valiant and am missing (and need to replace) one of the bolts from where my exhaust meets up with the header. Someone suggested it should be a coarse thread 7/16 or 3/8 about 2 inches long. Anyone know which of these (if any) is correct?

It should be a 3/8 course thread. I think 2 inches might be a little long. most likely about 1 1/2 inches long. Use flat washers and a self locking nut, not one with the nylon insert, but an interferance fit.
