I have a super six and plan on putting on a Holley 5210 Progressive. Which adapter do I use the Mr. Gasket #1937 or the 2 piece Webber for Jeeps?

It wont be the 1937, I just looked at a holley 5210 pic and it looks like you may not even need an adaptor to mate it to a supersix.

The 5210 is longer. That's why I was questioning the #1937 adapter. I don't understand how people were using the #1937 to put a 5210 on a super six. I guess I'll go with the Jeep adapter, unless someone knows something different.

The carb off the Pinto/Mustang has a plate added to the 'stack' that is the Holley 2300 pattern (same as the #1937 adapter), the above post a long time back has some pics and things to ponder when making the swap...

good luck,

You could use 2 of the #1937 adapters and make it work for the 5210, right? Then if I wanted to go ahead and move on to a Holley 2300 I would just have to take off one of the adapters. I have a 2300 already, well the Motorcraft version, I just need to rebiuld it.
Its so tempting to just put on my Motorcraft but, I already had my 5210 on a 1bbl adapter before. I don't need to rebuild it or set it up. I think I will go ahead and get 2 adapters and put my 5210 on. If I don't like it I'll put on the Motorcraft. And if my intake cracks I'll go back to my Carter YF on a 1bbl intake.
